The Central Alberta Refugee Effort (CARE) has an Immigrant Youth Program. This program helps immigrant youth adapt to Red Deer through group activities, social events, information sessions, and referrals. The group is a great place for youth to meet new friends, share challenges and experiences, and have fun.
