There are many other ways to discover job opportunities such as:
- Searching job opportunities posted at the websites of large local employers
- Approach organizations who you know hire people with your skills and experience. Even if these companies have no job opportunities posted they may still be hiring.
- Word-of-mouth. For example, friends and relatives may be able to let you know if their employers are hiring for certain positions.
