Child Care

If both parents work, they need to make arrangements for the care of their children when they are not in school. By law, children are not allowed to be left on their own, and are not eligible to work if they are under 12 years old.

The most common type of child care is available through a day care or a family day home. A good starting point for finding day care is through referrals from friends and relatives.
