Language Interpreters

While you are settling in Red Deer and beginning to learn English, you may need help with language interpretation. The Central Alberta Refugee Effort (CARE) has about 120 volunteers who speak 30 different languages. If you need help at a medical appointment, or getting a bank account for example, these volunteers are available to interpret for you. Please note that the volunteers do not provide professional translation services. If professional services are needed, arrangements can be made through the Central Alberta Refugee Effort.
